removing "other" variable from copy ctor and = overload when used for
default so that it doesn't go unused
This integration test tests the simple_cycpep_predict app in MPI mode. A multi-level job distribution hierarchy is used. For determinism, this version has 1 emperor, 1 master, and 1 slave.
