Merge pull request #6317 from RosettaCommons/ligand_motifs_protocol2
This merge introduces protocols/motifs/IdentifyLigandMotifs.cc/hh and a public app to use it apps/public/motif_ligand_discovery/identify_ligand_motifs.cc. This protocol allows the user to collect motifs from a protein-ligand system.
