Merge pull request #4350 from RosettaCommons/vmullig/fix_gcc_9_2_build
Fixing gcc 9.2.0 compilation.
A minor issue was introduced with the recent clang tidy clean-up. This PR replaces an explicitly-defined but trivial assignment operator with a default assignment operator to resolve the warning-as-error and to repair the build.
