Merge pull request #3599 from RosettaCommons/roccomoretti/spilt_init
Split up protocols/init/ registrators.
On my machine protocols/init/init.cc now is taking an inordinate amount of time to compile.
To help with the compilation time, break the registration up into multiple cc files.
