Fix typo in minimization flavours in the RosettaScripts XSD
Fixing typo: it should be "strong_wolfe", not "stronge_wolfe". This is actually a kind of disturbing bug, since it means that there are absolutely no RosettaScripts integration tests that use this minimization flavour.
