Add scriptable claiming and bug fixes to Environment. Also add some new mover supertypes ("MoveMapMover" which is a mover that respects movemaps and "MoverApplyingMover" which is a mover that contains a single other mover that it applies).
No (new) integration test changes expected, no (new) unit test breakages expected.
