Merge pull request #1798 from RosettaCommons/roccomoretti/integration_test_count_fix
Fix job accounting in integration.py.
When skipping tests because of a missing command file (e.g. for MPI-only tests), mark the job as 'done' to get proper number-of-tests-running statistics.
