@fdimaio I used your CircularSplineFunc for this, to set up a dihedral restraint. However, I had to update the function so that when it accepts `x` from a DihedralFunc ,it knows to convert radians to degrees; the flag is 'convert_to_degrees'. I saw in hybridize/HybridizeProtocol that you didn't have the conversions in ... might be worth a quick look.
