Merge pull request #1143 from RosettaCommons/jadolfbr/antibodies/remove_creators_from_headers
This moves (my) antibody task operation creators to their own file. Also makes files for sewing creators.
As @aleaverfay has pointed out, TaskOp creators should be in their own file to decrease compile time of init.cc.
A note has also been added to init.TaskOperationCreators.ihh
