Carbohydrates: adding more sugars to database
This merge simply adds some more sugars and a fancy bacterial modification patch to the database.
In the process, I fixed tracers in `PatchOperation.cc`, which affects output in two integration tests that have the tracer volume jacked up. (Why they do, I do not know.)
