Merge pull request #1907 from RosettaCommons/roccomoretti/cc_include_test
Add an integration test for checking if anyone has accidentally added cc files instead of header files.
Test will be a magenta "script failure" if any are detected, as well as having a diff indicating what/where the offending inclusions are.
